This ticket will give you admission to Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, an award-winning show in Tokyo, Japan. During this live show by Japanese actors, you'll get to experience the magical world of Harry Potter. The show will be in Japanese and there will be a subtitle service available for those who prefer to watch the performance in English.

How to use the subtitle service:
After purchasing a ticket, please fill out the form and submit it at least three days before the show date. On the day of the performance, pick up the device at the subtitle service pickup location in the theatre 15 minutes before the show starts. Please note that a deposit of YEN 3000 in cash only and a valid ID will be required upon pickup.

The duration of the show is three hours and 40 minutes including intermission.
The theatre is a one-minute walk from Akasaka Station on the Chiyoda line.
Please present your voucher at TBS Akasaka ACT Theatre to redeem your ticket on the day of the show.
Please redeem your ticket from 60 minutes before the start of the performance.
Please present a photo ID of the person who made the reservation or an official ID showing the age of tickets for children 6 to 15 years old.
Re-entry to the venue is permitted. Show your ticket/wristband/stamp upon re-entry at the entrance.
This experience is not suitable for strollers.
If you wish to use the wheelchair space, the staff will let you know if wheelchair space is available on the day of your performance. The price for the wheelchair space is the same as the price for S Plus seats. The difference will be charged on the day of the performance, depending on the type of seat requested in advance.
No refunds or date/time changes will be accepted except in case of performance cancellation. No refunds will be issued due to flight suspension or delay.
Admission will be available 40 minutes prior to show time.
No drinks other than capped drinks may be brought into the venue.
No flash photography is allowed in the auditorium.
There are no coin lockers or checkrooms. Large carry-on cases and other items that are difficult to bring into the auditorium can be checked in, please ask a staff member for assistance.
Please note that moving or exchanging ticket zones/seats is strictly prohibited.
