With this ticket, you’ll get admission to the Art Aquarium Museum in Ginza. On arrival at the Ginza Mitsukoshi New Building, you can proceed to the ninth floor to get to the Art Aquarium Museum.

Once inside, you can view the various art installations and sculptures made of goldfish tanks. You’ll discover that the museum combines art, design and entertainment in an aquarium with live goldfish.

During your tour, you’ll see a wide variety of rare and common goldfish on display, across nine exhibition spaces. You’ll also see goldfish swimming in glass tanks of different shapes and sizes, illuminated with moving projections and multicolored lights.

    What You Need to Know

    Please arrive at the admission time specified on your ticket. Please note that if you are unable to arrive at the designated time, you can enter during the operational hours of the museum on the same day.

    Please note that admission may be delayed in case of a queue at the entrance.

    If arriving by train, get off at Yūrakuchō Station, take the Chuo exit or Ginza exit and walk for nine minutes to get to the museum.

    If arriving by metro, you can get off at Ginza Station, served by the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, Marunouchi Line and Hibiya Line. Please note that this metro station is directly connected to Ginza Mitsukoshi new building. Alternatively, you can take a metro to Ginza-itchōme Station, served by the Tokyo-Metro Yurakucho Line. You can then proceed to exit 9 and walk for five minutes to get to the museum.

    You can also take a metro to Ginza Station or Higashi-ginza Station, served by the Toei Asakusa Line and Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line and walk for two minutes on the underground passageway to get to the museum.

    After reaching the listed address, please enter from the Ginza terrace on the ninth floor of the Ginza Mitsukoshi new building.

    You can use the elevator in the new building or a combination of elevators in the main and new building to get to the ninth floor. Please note that the elevator in the main building will not take you directly to the ninth floor.

    Please note that the operational hours of Art Aquarium Museum are from 10:00–19:00. The last admission is at 18:00.

    Please note that the museum will remain closed on the same dates as Mitsukoshi Ginza.

    Please note that two elementary school students or two younger children can join for free when accompanied by an adult participant with a regular ticket. Please note that a regular ticket will need to be purchased for each additional child.

    Please note that junior high school students and older children will require a regular ticket.

    This tour cannot accommodate pushchairs.

    Please note that pets are not allowed on the tour.

    Please note that coin lockers are not available at the venue. However, there are several coin lockers around the station.

    Please note that photos and videos can be taken inside the museum.
