Experience the elegant kimono culture in Asakusa coupled with a short lesson about how to properly enjoy Japanese Matcha tea. Choose from a variety of kimono styles, including yukata, furisode, and samurai.
Kimono rental shop YUI offers a vast array of kimono, ranging from easy to wear light kimono for street walks to traditionally made silk kimono for official occasions. The shop owner practices tea ceremony and will complement the experience with a short lesson on how to drink Matcha tea according to the Japanese traditions.
If you are going to try on a kimono, we recommend using the photo plan. A professional photographer who is familiar with the nearby locations will accompany you and take wonderful portraits. We also have a studio, so you can take photos in a kimono even in the unlikely event of bad weather.
The activity is also suitable for children above 1-year-old and wheelchair users!
