During this one-hour workshop in the popular Asakusa district, you'll learn how to make a fun and original Japanese dessert – the fish-shaped pastry known as taiyaki. Your host will show you the authentic way to form taiyaki, and you can create your own custom filling. With 11 ingredients to choose from, you can make a sweet or savory filling, with options like curry, cheese, kimchi or the more traditional red-bean paste and cream.

Additional information

Preschool aged children can join adults, with purchase of a ticket on-site for JPY 3500.

Please wear clothing that can get dirty. You can bring an apron if you like.

You can take home any prepared taiyaki that you don't eat during the class.

If you have any special ingredients that you want to use, you can bring them with you.
