During this experience, you'll get to go behind the scenes to see how sumo wrestlers prepare for competition. You'll head to a sumo practice stable in the early morning, after your guide has explained how the training will proceed. You'll see the wrestlers warm up and stretch before they practice a series of basic sumo moves on each over. After watching their cool-down routine, you'll typically get the opportunity to take photos with them.
