This full-day guided tour will give you the chance to explore the beautiful island of Wasini – an idyllic spot with white sandy beaches, coral-filled waters and small fishing villages.
You'll start with a drive to Shimoni where you'll visit the Shimoni Slave Caves – caves are where slaves were supposedly kept before being loaded onto boats and shipped to Zanzibar. You'll then set sail for the island aboard a traditional Swahili dhow and can enjoy wine, beer, snacks, soft drinks and water as you sail.
You'll sail into the famous Kisite Marine Park, where you'll stand a very good chance of spotting wild dolphins and a whole host of tropical fish. You'll be given snorkelling equipment and can explore the underwater world with a local guide.
