The sommelier will demonstrate the way of drinking and provide explanation about the origin, taste, brand and quality of the wine. This applies for all three rounds. While doing so, the first platters are placed on the table. While nibbing on these local bites, enjoy the relaxed vibes of the bar, its social people and historical location.
