You’ll begin among the blue agave fields to experience the life of the skilled labourers who tend the plants. Along the way you’ll get hands-on by planting and harvesting your own agave, then enjoy a farm-fresh breakfast right in the middle of the fields. That first tasting of the day will take place there too, with wide landscapes and friendly horses nearby.
You’ll then visit the El Tequileño distillery to see the full making process and finish with a guided tasting led by a tequila master, who will offer expert insight into the flavours and craftsmanship behind each pour. Casa Salles Hotel Boutique, located on-site, awaits afterwards with a signature cocktail and a gourmet three-course lunch. Across the experience you’ll taste eight distinct expressions of additive-free tequila, offering a focused look at Jalisco’s tequila tradition.
