During this two-part experience, you’ll gain a solid overview of Peru’s rich culinary culture. Your instructor for the day will be one of the country’s top chefs with a passion for combining Inca traditions and contemporary Peruvian cuisine.
You’ll begin with a tour of the city’s markets, learning about typical foods and the most important ingredients. Along the way, you can sample delicious breads, cheeses and unique fruits.
In the beautiful workshop, you’ll prepare a trio of specialities with guidance from the chef. You’ll dine on your mouth-watering creations accompanied by drinks, and you’ll receive a cookbook after your class so you can continue to practise at home.
