Visit a local farm to harvest and cultivate the food products of the valley and feed guinea pigs who lives in the family’s kitchen. You will also learn to prepare Chicha, the typical drink of the Andes, and cook and taste a delicious Pachamanca, an Andean barbecue cooked with hot stones underground.
