On this private, guided food tour, you’ll explore Torun Old Town and sample local food and drinks. You’ll visit the town square and see the statue of astrologer, Nicolaus Copernicus. You’ll also view two Gothic tenement houses. You’ll learn that one of these was the birthplace of Nicolaus Copernicus, which is now a museum. You’ll then visit the city museum, which was a former town hall. You’ll also see the planetarium with its popular statue outside. You’ll then view the 13th-century leaning tower. You’ll also see the 14th-century cathedral, the Teutonic Castle with the Cultural Centre, the Theatre Wilama Horzycy and a fountain with colourful lights. Additionally, you can enjoy traditional Polish food including appetizers, dumplings, soup, main course dishes and desserts. You can also sample Polish beer or vodka, soft drinks, tea and coffee.
