Faro Story Spot - Multimedia museum is an immersive journey though the history of the city, the Ria Formosa and the Algarve's version of the Mediterranean Diet. It takes about an hour to do this fascinating interactive tour that tells you about the most significant moments in the history and lives of our territory and people, from the arrival of the Phoenicians through to the present day.
Located in the old town (called Vila Adentro), next to the cathedral in Largo da Sé (Cathedral Square), the birthplace of the city in the 8th century BC, Faro Story Spot offers a truly memorable culture and leisure experience to locals, visitors, families, schools and other groups; anyone, in fact, who is eager to embark on an adventure to discover our history, nature and traditions.
