The tour starts at the Mark Twain Statue, where you'll hear about Mark Twain and his connection to the city, and then you'll be guided step by step through KC.

The tour ends at the Lincoln statue outside of City hall, you'll hear his story and the if it's open go up the observation deck and take in the view.
