During this guided forest therapy experience at the Blue Mountain Park, you’ll have the chance to view nature from a different perspective. You’ll take a slow-paced stroll through the forest while engaging in the Japanese practice of forest bathing, which studies have shown to provide health benefits such as reduced stress and improved sleep. With your guide, you’ll walk a distance of about 1.6 kilometres, making several stops to sit down and engage with your group members through guided activities.
