With this ticket, you’ll enter a cultural site that preserves the 18th-century history of a key Native American tribe. Set among thick forest vegetation, near flowing mountain streams, the Oconaluftee Indian Village offers the living history of the Cherokees of the North Carolina mountains.
Here, you’ll meet artists demonstrating unique Cherokee crafting techniques and have a chance to learn about the tribe’s history. You may even be able to see one of the seasonal shows that feature Cherokee dances or war techniques.
