In our 90-minute sessions in the Libations Lab, you’ll delve into our signature spirits—bourbon, gin, and vodka—and learn to mix three seasonal cocktails with rotating recipes. Beyond crafting drinks, our curriculum explores essential bar skills, the art of shaking vs. stirring, and shares historical insights into classic cocktails.
