I would definitely recommend this experience. Jinni is an awesome teacher, so patient and encouraging. She is passionate about cooking and sharing her experience and knowledge with her students. I took this class with my daughter and we both were so happy to be able to actually learn from a pro how to make delicious dumplings. Jinni was so welcoming and such a great host, sharing many stories about growing up in China and learning to cook there.
Jinni is warm and caring. Her beautiful home is inviting and we were put at ease immediately. Her personal stories and passion for cooking easily came through in her abilities and attention to details. She is knowledgeable about her craft and her love of teaching is easily noted. I would absolutely take another class with her. I now know how to properly make dumplings. No more frozen dumplings for me!
