On this tour, you'll get to know the history of Cu Chi Tunnels and immerse yourself in the rich culture of Ho Chi Minh City. The tour starts with a visit to the main attractions of Vietnam's largest city, which includes the Independence Palace, the Notre Dame Cathedral and the War Remnants Museum.
After lunch at a local restaurant, you'll begin your journey to Cu Chi tunnels. Upon arrival, you'll watch an introductory video about the harsh conditions during the war that lead the locals to build the tunnel system. You'll have a chance to explore parts of the tunnel system, including kitchen, military and hospital facilities. You'll also have a chance to sample cassava and special tea – food that sustained soldiers during the war. After some free time to explore, the vehicle will take you back to the city.
