We offer pick up at hotels located in Hanoi Old Quarter. In case your hotel located outside Hanoi Old Quater, please come to our office at No.27 Hang Bac Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi, Vietnam.
For drop off, when we back to city center we have option to get drop off in train street or drop off directly back to hotel - if we drop off in train street, you visit it and later then take taxi/grab/cyclo at your own to get back to your hotel
