Beautiful location. Very easy to find. The Lodge is a perfect little hideaway. The owners are friendly and welcoming. I loved the firm bed, smart TV, fast broadband, Fridge and Chocolate! I'd definitely stay again, it's very good value.

Perfect quiet break for myself and my son who is revising for his A levels. Hot tub was lovely and nice quiet garden. Welcome package was a lovely touch and owners replied to text messages immediately. Everything you need was provided including towels, tea towels, washing up liquid, salt, pepper etc. Even binoculars provided, which was nice to watch the deer in the field. The most comfortable bed I think I’ve ever slept in. Books, dvds, games and Netflix all available to use and very good WiFi. Was just what we needed and will definitely book again. 🥰

We were in Clacton for a family wedding and hired this lodge. On arrival it was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend. We were surprised how spacious and well looked after it was. There was ample space for 5 adults and 2 children to get ready for the wedding and with 2 bathrooms (1 x on-suite with big shower from the master bedroom and the other seperate family bathroom with big shower) this was a huge bonus. The owner could not have been more helpful, even sending us a message wishing us well for the wedding day, she was so thoughtful. We were all very comfortable for our weekend stay with 3 bedrooms (2 x double and 1 x with 2 full size single beds) there is also a sofa bed in the huge open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. This lodge is also positioned near all amenities, you couldnt ask for more. Parking is also right outside the lodge. HIGHLY recommended, we will be booking again!

Gullivers Cottage was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The garden is a little sun trap. I had a very enjoyable stay and the host couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. Great location too. Would recommend.

We made a very late booking and from other reiviews i was worried about the cleanliness of the caravan but i have to say it was very clean. It was such a lovely idea/ gesture to have my cleaning package! It included a tea towel, sponge, spare bin bags. The vacuum cleaner was great. It was strong enough to clean the property before we left. Property is very spacious. I was worried we would feel like we were at home and on top of each other but luckily we weren't and we all got on and had a lovely short break away! The beds were super comfy! My girls fell asleep within minutes so that says it all for me! This property has a toilet and a bathroom with a toilet in too. This was great as the girls always seem to need to use the toilet at the same time🤣
