Everything was as expected, the location was perfect, quiet, but less than 10 min drive from Budoni, with restaurants and wonderful beaches. Marco was a great host, checking in regularly if everything was going well and if we needed anything. He even offered to take my family to the airport, taking time out of his busy schedule. Overall, a great vacation!

Not only is the property fantastic: very comfortable and tastefully designed, with wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces (the latter with a lovely ocean view), Marco also outdid himself as a host. He deserves 11 out of 10 points :-) He really took exceptionally good care of us. The location is perfect if you want peace and quiet away from the bustle, and if you don't want to eat out, the kitchen is well equipped. You do need a vehicle, but it's only a 5 minute drive to the closest beach in Budoni, and many other beach locations are in close range. We look forward to returning soon!

Wonderful apartment in a quiet natural surrounding of village Solita. Very comfortable and equipped with all amenities, like at home. Distant sea view and light summer breeze can be enjoyed on the balcony. Kind host, easy communication and check in and out process. Would recommend it and hope to stay another time soon.

This 2 bedroom house in a small peaceful hamlet is a short drive inland (approximately 8/10 minutes) from the small busy town of Budoni where many shops and restaurants can be found. The house is new and has a small garden, the balcony has wonderful views down the valley and across to the sea. The kitchen area is fully fitted with new appliances and lots of kitchen utensils crockery and cutlery. Bathroom is a good size super clean with fitted units for storage, shower has good water pressure. The main bedroom has lots of wardrobe space and storage, the second bedroom is smaller but comfortable for 2 people There is no air-conditioning, but being higher up on the hillside we benefitted from the light wind coming up from the sea so it was not necessary. We stayed in September when the crowds had left and all in all we loved the house the position, the quietness and the easy pleasant drive down to the town and the lovely bay of Budoni. A car is necessary and the driveway is a little tight but Carmen recommended using the road around the back of the village for easier access. There is plenty of parking at the accommodation. We arrived late at night, thank you Carmen for doing some small shopping and for letting us stay in the house until the evening on the day of departure, it made our last day so much more enjoyable and less stressful The house was perfecto and excellent value for money highly recommended and it is as described. Grazie to the lovely Carmen and her husband for your prompt response to my texts and for your kindness nothing was too much trouble. La Sardegna è bellissima speriamo di rivedervi
