It is a very nice and cozy farm house on the very west of Madeira. The location could not have been better and we have been extremely satisfied with our stay. You pick up the keys from the lock box, but the property manager Joanna is very helpful and the communication has been always prompt and pleasant. Every evening we sat outside and watched sunset with some beer and wine and we grilled several nights as well. The house and the neighborhood is very very quiet. The village is not very big but has three restaurants and two bars. There are two small supermarkets and we could do most of our shopping in town. There is also a pharmacy that services covid tests. There are several popular hikes around the village (without driving). One of the hikes we did was to go down to the pebble beach, which was not on any hiking books but this was one of the best hikes we did in Madeira. We will definitely be back.

The location is wonderful (you can see a nice sunset from the terrace) and the house is amazing. There are 3 nice rooms and 2 bathrooms, a wonderful kitchen and and an amazing living room, there is space for the car so that you din't have to leave it on the street. There is everything you need and the householder is very nice!

Rural, nice fully equipped house. It is a fantastic place with one of the best sunset view! Cozy traditional house with quiet surrondings and stunning view of the ocean. Best place of you want to relax and enjoy the nature. Wonderful host Mara who was always helpful, even before the stay!

Amazing house in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Big living room, 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms have a great ocean view), a lovely terrace, parking. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can imagine, starting with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and ending with a microwave, oven, and dishwasher. Have to mention that everything was crystal clean! Porto Moniz is about 30-40 min away and Funchal ~50 min. The roads are extremely good on the island, so driving anywhere is not a problem at all. Overall, we've been happy about our decision to stay here and would definitely return. PS: Thank you very much to the owners for the lovely treats! :)
