This truly was a peaceful holiday home with lovely shady garden and convenient for Margate Beach, though we drove by car. I have arthritus in shoulder and hip so missed my very soft pillow which had been too large to bring. No guilt on owner, just a nuisance.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, with good facilities and everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Even though it’s on the main road, we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was in the bedrooms, which made for a restful sleep. Overall, a great stay and we would happily return.

Communication with hosts was exceptional - post booking, pre-arrival and then departure. Key pickup was seamless. Hosts were very quick to respond and helpful to any queries we had. It was a really well laid out unit with everything you could need. I could imagine a family with teen kids would be very comfortable here for a summer holiday. Kitchen facilities were excellent - they had a coffee machine which is always my bench mark! And complementary welcome drinks which was thoughtful. It was an exceptional stay and I would definitely recommend.
