The house is in an excellent and quiet location, just a 10-minute walk to the beach and the action. The owner provided me with information about the island and transportation before and during the trip. Thanks Brian. The apartment is fully equipped, clean and very comfortable for two. Air conditioning works perfectly, wifi 10/10. The price of a taxi to the airport is 35 USD.

Very clear instructions were provided by the Property Management company about the collection of the keys. The cottage was as described. Good appliances and adequate cutlery/crockery was provided. The linen and bath/beach towels were enough and there was a washer/dryer available centrally. The washroom/shower were good. The rooms were spacious and bed very comfortable. The flat screen TV had a good selection of channels for keeping connected. The best part is of course the location, being right at the Brandon's Beach. Though the cottage does not have a direct view of the beach, it was compensated by it's size/appliances and facilities. There is the main villa with three bedrooms and another studio apartment also on site, which face the beach. We were fortunate to have met and interacted with the owners J & DD who came in toward the latter part of our stay. They are very friendly and have ensured that their guests have a great time by engaging a wonderful management company. The gardener with a nice name of "Bird" is very involved and keeps the premises in fine shape. The location is close to the A1 Supermarket at Carlton, Black Rock and also to many restaurants. The K's Roti and Grill is also walkable and is highly recommended. We really enjoyed the walks along the beach and the evening sunsets, which are remarkable when the clouds permit! The Pile Bay fish market is also walking distance and also the "Hot Pot". One really does not need a car while being there, as buses are available near the supermarket to go anywhere. We really enjoyed our 2 week stay and will surely be back for some more quality time at the Banyan Beach House!

The villa exceeded our expectations and the photos online don’t do it enough justice, not only with all of the facilities available but also with the and the picture postcard views of the beach and sea. JP, who owns the villa, and the staff, were extremely accommodating and helpful with any requests and questions that we had and we definitely recommend getting Shelley to cook for you!

Omar provided us with superb administrative support both before and after we arrived at the apartment, which is in an absolutely stunning location overlooking the second hole at Rockley Golf and Country Club. It is very comfortable, well equipped and exceeded our expectations in every respect. Furthermore, it had been cleaned to a very high standard by Samantha which was greatly appreciated; moreover, she came at the halfway point in our stay and did another very thorough clean! The excellent swimming pool is located within just a few metres of the front door and we were usually the only people using it, which was wonderful! Watching the wildlife (monkeys/hummingbirds etc) from the balcony during the early morning and at dusk was a special highlight! The apartment is conveniently located for everything and there are shops/beaches/restaurants etc within about a 20 minute walk, although we had a rental car - preferable - and were able to spread our wings further. We would strongly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to have a quiet, peaceful stay in a fabulous location! 10/10 Omar!
