The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh food, including dishes prepared on the spot. The staff was extremely friendly, polite, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The room was very comfortable and cleaned every day, with fresh towels, a spacious balcony, and a beautiful sea view. A special thank you for the lovely birthday surprise! A breakfast table was reserved and beautifully decorated for me, with champagne, coffee, and a small cake. They also gifted me another bottle of champagne in the room. Such a thoughtful touch that made my stay even more special! Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect — the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and welcoming. Our room, as well as the entire hotel, was fully accessible and perfectly adapted for people with disabilities, which made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. The location was excellent — right in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops, beautiful beaches, and a charming promenade. It was a pleasure to walk around and enjoy the surroundings. We would like to give special recognition to the amazing entertainment team, especially the evening animator — such a charismatic and talented person is truly rare to meet! The evening programs, fun competitions, and dances created such a joyful and lively atmosphere that made every night unforgettable. This was our very first trip, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We never once regretted choosing this hotel — it exceeded all our expectations. We are extremely satisfied with our vacation and deeply grateful for the kindness and hospitality we received. We sincerely wish the hotel continued prosperity, further growth, and even more stars in the future! 🌟

Absolutely everything, staff, room, Seaview, pool, meals, breakfast, location.

On our arrival, we had to be relocated to a different hotel, because of some water issues on our floor. After a long travel, wasn't happy about it but it was all well organized by the hotel, taxi transfer etc. We were back on the second day, compensated and got a room upgrade with a beautiful view. It was definitely nice from the hotel! Overall this is a great hotel for families. The hotel is big, rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well stocked. It's all clean and tidy. Cleaning every day. Pools are amazing, kids had a lot of fun. Theres definitely enough for them to do. Only had breakfast included but it was delicious and with lots of varieties. Staff is helpful and friendly, always smiling. They are great with kids too! My 2 sons (4 & 7) had a great time and enjoyed the kids club! Location perfect, close to the beautiful sandy beach. Restaurants near by and shops. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

The view from the balcony is stunning. The room was very clean, they cleaned it every day. The only thing we missed was more showers on the beach.

Everything was perfect, we had an amazing stay and I hope to come again! Nice and quiet location with easy parking by the road, nice pool, kind reception staff, cozy apartment with all you need.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and fully equipped. The apartment is very kids friendly. They arranged a baby cot for us which was waiting in the room. They are very environmentally friendly and are keeping the equipment that were left from the guests. There is a designated place with things you can borrow, such as a beach umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, etc. The water playground is a great place for kids as well.

Everything and everyone was wonderful. The hotel's location and the food were incredible. Thank you for everything.

Nice staff, clean and good food

The apartment had everything a person could need. I can only recommend it. The beach is about 700 meters away along the road. It’s far enough from the audiovisual events that take place in nearby hotels. There’s a lovely outdoor seating area for the evenings. The manager was very kind and frequently asked if we had everything we needed and what our plans were. He even gave us great advice on where to park during our various trips.

Close to the beach mid way walking to other towns ! The personnel are all super friendly and helpful ! Beautiful room view ! Nice daily coffee machine in the room!

I have enjoyed with everything:) Super friendly and helpful staff, superb food all the day, especially dinner time it's smth - tuna steaks, octopus, raw fish, lamb dishes and etc., well known drinks for all inclusive, plenty of activities for kids that they would never be bored, for those who wants more active vacation you can play tennis, padel, ride a bike, play golf, it was really amazing and restful holidays. I highly recommend to try yourself and myself definitely will come back again :)

Very nice stay, no major complaints

Everything was perfect, very big variety on both breakfast and dinner. Clean spacious rooms. We arrived very late to the hotel but supper waited for us which was very kind and thoughtful.

Hotel is in amazing location. Two minutes away from the beach and loads of shops and restaurants in the area. We had a family room, very clean and completely room with lovely sea view. Lots of space in the room and cleaned daily. Food was also really good, after staying in quiet few hotels in Europe, this one definitely had one of the best foods. Lots of choices and every day they tried to have few different options. Lovely and polite staff. Definitely would come back. It was a very relaxing stay :)

Villa is very well designed, everything you need to relax, cook, and more. Well-equipped with all necessities, also the location is convenient. The neighborhood is very beautiful too!

The property was in a beautiful location, very clean and suitable for a family with younger kids! All inclusive option was very good value for money! Sa Coma beach was beautiful.

Unbeatable location with spectacular view of the sea. Nice staff, good amenities. You can enjoy drinks or food on the terrace in good weather. Very quiet at night so you can have a nice rest. Just a 5 min walk from the A42 bus stop if you are coming from the Palma airport.

Room was very spacious and had a great área for makeup station and relax on sofa. Lovely side sea view. ALL THE STAFF are VERY friendly and accomodating, everyone in the resturant and reception made our stay special. Love that It had ping pong&pool table. The 2 bars and free entertainment were absoloutley fab. SO many options for food and special touch of themed food nights was really fun and mixed It Up!

It was a great vacation, the staff is friendly, location of the hotel is great with plenty of parking outside, hotel and rooms were very clean !! Bravo to the cleaning crew!! The pool was perfect size and great for relaxing. Breakfast got a great selection and something for everyone !! (I really liked the corner with local ingredients). We also enjoyed our dinner every evening in the hotel with the kids. Every evening there were different dishes and selections.
