Hotels near Ballermann 6, Playa de Palma

Everything was been amazing specially the staff, they have great crew there.

Very kind and friendly staff, gorgeous breakfast and especially dinners. Good location.

Great hotel if you're coming to Mallorca to party... Not so great when you're booking a last minute hotel close to the airport without doing any research and end up in the middle of a German disco party central 😂 Lovely and clean room though, great view.

Everything was great, team is excellent, especially MarySol at the breakfast, she is very helpful and attentive. Hotel is clean and nicely designed, I really liked the little garden and green area.

Very nice hotel close to Playa Palma. Excellent breakfast. Staff at the reception was really proffesional and supporting.

The receptionist Jose was very friendly and took his time to show us what’s worth to see in Mallorca. And also the breakfast is a 10/10!

Really like the location of hotel, it takes just 2 minutes walk to the beach, to the bus station. Very light and clean room with a bed king size and confortable matelas and pillows. Every day cleaning of the room. Hight quality work. Thank you very much. Breakfast and dinners - are good with different chooses of the products.

Only there a short time Staff very pleasant Room high standard. Very clean

Good value for the money compared to similar places. The food was great!

Location, very friendly and helpful staff!

Beautiful hotel just a few meters from the beach. Excellent breakfast and dinner with a wide variety of options served buffet style. Modern facilities, helpful staff, and spacious rooms with balconies. Convenient access to the center of Palma and the international airport. I will definitely return here one day with my girlfriend. Highly recommended!

Value for money was good, given that breakfast was complementary.

The room has comfortable beds, balcony with a nice view, clean and modern bathroom. The hotel is located near the beach and restaurants. Breakfast was tasty, varied and nourishing. The dining area is spacious and connected to the outdoor terrace. The staff was friendly and communicative. The hotel was very clean and the area nearby was safe. There were police cars monitoring the streets by the beach.

We enjoyed a lot staying in this hotel. It was our first time in Palma and really everything was amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff, attentive service during mealtime, great selection of food (breakfast and dinner), nice ambience of the room and hotel in general. As an addition, bus stops are located in a walking distance and very easy to get into the centre of Palma, shopping centre (FAN) and Airport as well.

Nice clean hotel staff friendly breakfast perfect

Everything was great. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The employees were friendly and helpful. The view was great. the bus station to the hotel was completely closed so we could get everywhere instantly. Beach, shops and good restaurants were around the hotel. We received massages which were wonderful. Breakfast was wonderful. I definitely recommend and if I come to Palma again, I will definitely book this hotel again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I originally booked a garden view room, but they kindly upgraded me to a room with both sea and pool views, which I truly appreciated. The service is exceptional—staff are attentive and always ready to help. The food is excellent, and I really enjoyed every meal.It was a fantastic experience and I would definitely come back!

I appreciate the friendly staff especially those who helping in the restaurant (dinner and breakfast). They show their energy and warm welcome to the guests. Also they are so passionate to have some conversation with almost all the guests. It’s a very enjoyable stay, thank you!

We were in Star Prestige and everything that‘s included is great. The hotel is very nice, not too big, excellent location and very clean. The food was high quality too

Beautiful, modern hotel. It's not massive, but you get a sense of spaciousness and luxury. Outstanding customer service!! From Reception, the cleaning staff, to the Spa staff as well. Spa and gym facilities included. Very spacious, elegant and above standard room (for 4*). Very close to the airport yet you don't hear traffic or planes at all! Super close to the beach/promenade and a couple of supermarkets (local + Lidl). Outside space/courtyard filled with palm trees and rattan seating area, giving a very relaxing "holiday" vibe, even in February :) The cherry on top was when they went above and beyond in helping me "rescue" my son's teddy elephant which we accidently left behind. He's back home with us now :) I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a high-quality place to stay, with a kind and flexible Staff (which for me was essential) in Palma!
