Nou Baleares completely caught me by surprise. I knew what I had booked, but it was far better than I expected to be. Room is very spacious, it’s arranged nicely and it has all the facilities that you may think. Location: 10/10- very close to city center Staff was incredibly friendly and smiley. I loved interacting with them. And the restorant is 10/10. Best food I had in Palma

We loved our room. Clean and tidy! Hotel situated in a perfect area. Close to city. A Lovley balcony. Comfortable beds. Convenient and eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. Very happy for the bottled water - eco-friendly! The towels are of great thick soft quality! Perfect location in the center of the city. Very friendly team at the reception. Rooms are big comparing with same category hotels, and are very clean. The building was a former factory and the design is minimalist and modern. WiFi efficient. For travellers arriving early or departing late lockers at disposal with a shower. It is impossible to describe in a few words how fantastic a week we spent in this hotel. It can be classified as more than a four-star hotel! It offers more than what can be read in its modest description. They pay attention to every detail, everything is very elegant and sophisticated. The staff is very kind and helpful, they are always smiling, especially Ivan! The garden is wonderful, it gives enough shade to go to the beach. The pool is super good and also very clean. There are also sunbeds on the direct beach. Thank you very much for your extraordinary attentiveness, we were also awaited with breakfast at four o'clock in the early morning. I am sure we will return to this extraordinary hotel. The restaurant's food is very tasty and plentiful. There is a lot on offer, each night has a different theme .The hotel is located in a quiet little bay where almost only hotel guests bathe, so there are no crowds. The location itself is a very quiet neighborhood, no parties or music. The city of Palma is really close, 15 minutes by taxi, which costs 20-25 euros. The airport is 25 minutes away. I know it's hard to choose between the many hotels, but don't hesitate here, you won't be disappointed. I have been to many places in the world, but this is one of the first. Thank you! A firm favourite with sun-seekers, Majorca (or Mallorca) is the largest Balearic Island. The enchanting capital Palma has a grand cathedral overlooking the harbour, a 14th-century castle and Arab baths, to name just a few highlights. Nearby is Palma Nova, home to lots of Majorca hotels on the beach within easy reach of the fantastic nightlife in Magaluf. Further along are calmer Santa Ponsa and Port d’Andratx. In the opposite direction, S’Arenal has a fantastic, palm-lined beach and quick airport transfers. North of the island is UNESCO World Heritage-listed Serra de Tramuntana whose mountain lakes are absolutely beautiful. A trip to its highest peak – Puig Major – offers wonderful views. Down below is Port de Soller, a lovely town with some excellent Majorca hotels for families. Other popular family resorts are Alcudia with its long sandy beach, and neighbouring Port de Pollenca. Ruins of the Roman town of Pollentia are nearby. In the east Cala Ratjada benefits from 2 beautiful coastlines, while the beaches at Cala Bona and Cala Millor certainly live up to their names – Good and Best. Cala d’Or (Golden Cove) is another aptly named resort: its golden, sandy beach is nestled between rocks lapped by turquoise waters. I have never met more friendly and competent staff. The food was incredible - no matter how picky you are, everyone will find something. And it's delicious and endless. I highly recommend doing the "all inclusive" package. The family pool was very full and loud, but if you're a grown up you can go to the quite grown up pool which is also pretty full but still good. The spa was so worth it (90 minutes for 16 Euros I think), absolute bliss overlooking the ocean. Hot pools. Saunas. Lovely! I would 100% go again. Suggestion: definitely get a rental car, they are super affordable and the island is majestic to adventure on with your own car.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and I’m genuinely impressed. The location is perfect right on the beach, which made everything even more enjoyable. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the rooms are spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. The pools are fantastic, the beach bar is absolutely stunning, and the food is delicious with so much variety. The spa was also excellent everything was clean, relaxing, and beautifully organized. I was truly impressed by every aspect of this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. I would definitely come back here anytime!

It is a wonderful place for a holiday. The beach is beautiful, clean, and very long, perfect for walks and relaxing by the sea. The area has many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, and everything is easy to reach on foot.

Lovely city offering mix of culture, great cusine, very hospitable people. It was mot touristic in May and there were no drunken tourists and loud parties either. Highly recommended for a long weekend setup.

Plenty of thing's going on, Mainly German and Dutch resort but that's great also as nice to see how other nations party etc, there is something for everyone Schnicken Strasser is wild & crazy but there are plenty more of chill out bars from high end to low end. Start or end of season for me as i think July / August would be too hot and Rammed. Generally safe place also but like most places need to be vigilant late at night. Really good promenade about 8k long for a stroll

Last year I went to Palmanova and this year I visited Magaluf. I would honestly say that if someone is looking for a stay to relax and have a comfortable time, I would recommend Palmanova. Magaluf was nice, hat lots of restaurant and a great beach but there were also a lot of bars and nightclubs which were frequently visited. There were a lot more people out partying which I could hear from my hotel as well. So If you're looking for a cozy yet party holiday, I would recommend it.

There was a good selection of restaurants nearby the hotel...

There was a good selection of restaurants nearby the hotel with one Italian restaurant, Pizzeria Il Forno Via Mare producing excellent Italian dishes and sauces. It is easy walking around Can Pastilla and very easy to catch a regular bus into Palma.

Palmanova has a lovely sandy beach with plenty of sunbeds to hire. It was not too busy in May but I imagine in high season it could get quite crowded. There are lots of restaurants and bars to chose from, The one thing that could be improved upon was the cleanliness of the footpaths which has dog fouling,

The beauty of the port area is in addition it's walkable to...

The beauty of the port area is in addition it's walkable to the old town or a cheap and frequent bus. The beach is vast and we walked from the port through the commercial and hotel zone to Playa del Muro about an hour of uninterrupted walkable beach and more after that. Beach is spotlessly clean.

We enjoyed there facilities here. a lovely spacious apartment and the maim bedroom was lovely. the second bedroom was very basic with poor lighting and no mirror . I expected there would be a spa treatment centre onsite but there was not.

Santa Ponsa is popular with many Biritsh and German tourists...

Santa Ponsa is popular with many Biritsh and German tourists, coming from Malta I enjoyed the peace and quiet, the cleanliness and the beautiful beach. The properties in the area are gorgeous I climbed 600 steps just to get to the top and explored the neighbourhood. Everyone was friendly overall. I used the bus with tap in tap out and it was so easy getting around. I even went to the airport using the bus which was just under an hour. Overall a lovely trip ideal for May before tourist season kicks off!

Nice and quiet area of Mallorca perfect for older people and families. If you're looking to party etc., it would not be the best place for it. It's perfect for solo travelling as a woman as no one will bother you but the people are very friendly.
