Everything! They were super nice and flexible. The breakfast was exceptional and the location great.

This place is amazing 👏 So clean, beds were comfortable and the hotel itself was just gorgeous. The staff were so helpful and friendly! Breakfast was good, great amount of choice. The rooms were quite spacious. We went with a hen party group of 13 people and every single one of them commented on how nice the hotel was. I didn't get to the spa myself but a few of the other girls did and they said it was amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel and if I'm ever back here I will be staying again.

We were there with kids (5 and 3 years) and they felt welcomed, were free to explore and always met with kind staff. All sights were in reach either by foot or by bus. Very pleasing stay.

We had an amazing stay at Valentin Grand Park! Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach, shops, and restaurants. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so special.

Friendly staff, very clean hotel and delicious meals!!!

The room was really nice and the view on the sea from the balcony was stunning. The staff was really helpful and kind. Location of the hotel is really good, just by the beach and several restaurants and shops, it's easy to go to Palma with the bus at a couple of steps of the hotel doors 👍

Great stay and nice facilities.

The property exceeded my expectations. The room is clean, with a balcony and a friendly neibourhood around. Its a bit off the main attractions, but next to a bus stop and a bus will take you to the centre of Palma in 35 minutes. I really enjoyed my stay there and that was a good value for money.

Amazing accomodation and facilities. Buffet breakfast was great! Friendly and helpful staff. Really good location close to everything. Pool area is great. Would recommend.

Location, friendly and helpful staff

the room was clean, modern, great lighting through a backlit bed, a mirror and a PC panel without a central ceiling light. the bathroom was clean, a large shower, everything in good condition, no damaged or non-functioning items. the staff was available at the reception 100% of the time, they were very nice and helpful. Wifi was amazing, speed approx. 25 mbps, but it was available completely in the entire area, even 50m outside the area, that is, not like in many hotels where wifi is available for an additional fee and only available at the reception. Breakfast and dinner were equally great. Whenever during the available time, everything was replenished, fresh, and there was a huge selection of food. The hotel surprised me a lot

Close to the bus, easy to park, pretty and kind staff.

All was good the rooms was very clean and comfortable,and I just had fun with the sea view and the service was 10/10.

Great big variety breakfast. Awesome central location ! From the room to the beach in 5 min. Huge variety of Restaurants all within 5-10min walk. Pharmacy in 3 min. Great very friendly personal, 24h Reception Desk. Free minibar. The whole Hotel is kept very very clean and neat. Sound proof rooms.

Stunning location and excellent staff we loved our time and we will come back.
