A newly opened business - so everything was clean and new. A nice quiet street. The little pool area and garden really were nice. It was great to have breakfast on our own little patio. The couple who run it were wonderful and helped with a couple of problems we had.

Beautiful apartment (Jazz Suite) on first floor right in the heart of town and action overlooking the Royal Canal. Spacious, comfortable, tasteful decor, small balcony, afternoon sun streams in, mini coffee machine with capsule replacements daily, great kitchenette and bathroom. Step out the front door to restaurants, boat tours, bus etc and glorious surrounds of Sete canal life. After a bit of confusion checking in all went smoothly as although this is not a hotel the manager is around daily in the office. Excellent value. We stayed three nights and really enjoyed this stay.

Sophia and Maurizio were such friendly and communicative hosts. The room, while small, was comfortable and quiet. The continental breakfast was very good. The living room and outside sitting area made our stay especially pleasant. Thanks, Sophia and Maurizio, for a lovely stay.

Everything! Our host was incredibly welcoming and met us on arrival. The apartment had incredible views over the canal and out to the Mediterranean Sea! Facilities in the apartment were exactly what a traveller needs. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Outdoor terrace was perfect for a light breakfast or late night wine. Couldn’t fault this accommodation. A short walk or bus ride to tourist venues and beaches. Fabulous! Oh and excellent Wifi!

Loved the location and the pool with great views of Sète. Florence was exceptionally helpful and friendly, and gave us some great tips which helped us make the most of our short stay. Very comfortable accommodation and great breakfast.
