Beautiful clean caravan, included all bed linen and towels. The host went the extra mile by leaving us some wonderful goodies to enjoy. Would definitely recommend. Great sea view too…..which was the icing on the cake!

The owners left food items available for our use which was very helpful. The kitchen facilities were plentiful but we hardly used them as we went out a lot. Two bathrooms. The location was close to the on-site shop and eating establishments, which we patronised regularly and found to be helpful and welcoming. Parking was right outside the caravan. A small tractor driven vehicle offered transport to the beach, although we never used it. The whole park was well maintained and very dog friendly. Short journey along the coast road gave access to seaside resorts in either direction - we used our car but there is a very convenient, regular bus service as well.

An excellent stay. Needed somewhere to stay half way between Scarborough and Bridlington while doing the coastal path. Ideal location, clean, easy dinner in the sites restaurant, and the three bottles of beer left for us hot and tired walkers on arrival were great. Just what we needed.
