The room was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful bathroom and a nice big window that captured the most spectacular views. The breakfast was plentiful with the choice of cereal followed by a full cooked breakfast.

Clive and Maria are perfect hosts. The house is lovingly restored with very comfortable rooms. Extremely dog friendly, Hugo enjoyed his stay. Perfectly situated in the middle of the town and close to beautiful walks.

A great English pub in the Exmoor national park. Great staff great food at sensible prices. nothing was too much trouble for the owner. I would stay there again if I was ever in the area again.

The staff at the hotel made this an excellent stay. They were helpful, friendly, and fun particularly Caroline and Sandra. Caroline gave us lots of helpful advice and travel tips. They always seemed so happy. Food was great, location perfect and the hotel was value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
