Beach Hotels in Agara

We loved everything about the accommodation. Wonderful view and scenery, slightly secluded and spacious location, pleasant atmosphere, friendly owner, cow's bells ringing and birds chirping in the morning... we dind't even mind the narrow road leading to the house because it was such an exciting drive each time. A perfect family getaway where you can find your peace of mind...

We enjoyed our stay. The family host is very polite, with huge respect for guests' personal space and comfort. For example, we needed a table for work, and they provided 3 options and patiently let us try all 3 and choose. All questions or requests from our side were fulfilled in a matter of 10-15 minutes. The wooden house is new, well-made, with the good working AC. As the house is wooden and located almost in the forest, sometimes there were ants in the house, but for us, it wasn’t a big problem. Speaking of the forest: the location of the house is a true gem in our opinion. The door opens into the Adjarian forest with a small creek downhill. As the house is almost the last on the road, we were hearing only birds, the forest, and water. Combined with the nice barbecue place (gazebo), it creates a perfect atmosphere for chill evenings with friends. Important note. There are two houses close to each other separated by the barbecue area: the one we are talking about and the small one. We were lucky to stay alone without guests in the small house, so if you appreciate personal space, you might consider booking both houses. Batumi city seems close, but considering traffic jams, the commute to the city center might be pretty time-consuming, so keep that in mind if you are planning to go there frequently. Because of that, we stayed mostly in Mahindjauri. Wi-Fi was good enough for work. We can recommend this house for staying in groups of up to 4 adults. One couple + one adult seems the most reasonable combination.

NIce newly decorated hotel, with very good staff and extremely good breakfasts. Rooms are tidy but the bath is a bit small however, for the guest who is not very pretentious it is quite an option.

Wonderful and quiet accommodation! Nice garden and really friendly host

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. The apartment is modern, very clean, and finished to a high standard. It has high-quality appliances and everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The location is excellent—it's in a quiet area away from the traffic and noise, yet only about a 12-minute walk to the beach and around 10 minutes to shops and supermarkets. Having a private parking garage was a huge advantage, and the swimming pool was always clean and perfect for relaxing with the kids. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. They allowed us to check in as early as 10:00 AM, which made a big difference after our trip, and they were always helpful whenever we needed anything. If you're traveling with your family and children, I highly recommend this place. It offers great comfort, peace, and excellent value for money.

It’s good calm place in 15 min drive from batumi. House I with a new repair, perfectly fit for relax in silence in nature

The pool was lovely and clean, the room spacious and comfortable. Nice location on the hillside. Staff were friendly but if you can't speak Georgian or Russian you may struggle.

This was, without a doubt, the best guest house we have ever stayed in throughout many years of traveling. The guest house is incredibly cozy, with a beautiful garden and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, whether it's for a few days or much longer. The swimming pool, garden, and outdoor dinning area were always spotless, tidy, and inviting. But what impressed us the most, was the owner, Diana. She is an exceptional host who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Her kindness, warmth, and genuine care made us feel at home from the very first day. If we ever return to Batumi, we wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else. I only wish I could give this place a rating of 100/10. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay.

We were cooking on our own, generally there is enough accessories in the kitchen, although I would replace the existing frying pan with a couple of others. Extremely difficult to wash it. There are five or six rooms on the floor. Each of them has own WC, although you need to cross the kitchen to reach it. :) Only one kitchen, but we matched perfectly with our neighbors with no need to stay in the kitchen together with many people. The view is fantastic.

Stayed for a whole month in this place and enjoyed my stay. I was welcomed warmly upon arrival and handed the keys. The initial apartment I was shown looked different than the pictures and only had a small table, so I asked if there is another available. Right next to it was apartment 113 (10th floor) with a great sea view, big table to work from. The bed is comfortable, the fridge is massive and kitchen/bathroom get the job done. Warm water stopped working once, and it was fixed within half an hour of texting the host - appreciate the service! There are 5-6 supermarkets and a bus station within 2 minute walking distance.

Cosy, beatiful, family hotel managed by georgian family. Looks better than you think before) feel like you home. Absolutely fantastic breakfast. Quiet place. Batumi in 15 min by car or taxi
