The villa was very clean and beautifully designed. The view from the balcony was amazing, and the location was peaceful. Staff were kind and helpful, and the pool area was great for relaxing.

An excellent value-for-money option. I really love Makhinjauri for its peaceful atmosphere, uncrowded beaches, and close proximity to the city, and I can confidently recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay. The hotel is very quiet and clean, and the Wi-Fi works well. I was especially pleased that breakfast was included. We stayed in a room with a kitchen that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would also like to express my special thanks to the administrator, Marina, who was incredibly kind and helpful with every question we had and treated all the guests with great care.

Warm and humid climate. Clean and warm pool. 7 min walk to the beach and botanical garden, 15 min drive to Batumi.

Stayed for a whole month in this place and enjoyed my stay. I was welcomed warmly upon arrival and handed the keys. The initial apartment I was shown looked different than the pictures and only had a small table, so I asked if there is another available. Right next to it was apartment 113 (10th floor) with a great sea view, big table to work from. The bed is comfortable, the fridge is massive and kitchen/bathroom get the job done. Warm water stopped working once, and it was fixed within half an hour of texting the host - appreciate the service! There are 5-6 supermarkets and a bus station within 2 minute walking distance.

Fantastic views, a jacuzzi, and a very comfortable cottage. Road is ok, use yandex maps to get there.

Highly recommended this beautiful and absolute clean cottage in an beautiful area with a stunning view over batumi and lovely nature around. The familymembers inlcuded the dog are all kind and lovely and if you have any peoblems they will help you instantly. there is nothing more to say then thank you to the family and wish you all the best ❤️

The hospitality here was outstanding. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The cottage was even more beautiful than the photos. The view, the quality, and the whole atmosphere were simply stunning. Everything was perfect, from the service to the cleanliness and the peaceful surroundings. I highly recommend this place and would 100% book it again if I come back to Batumi. Truly a dream stay!

Everything owners are very kind and helpful and my family was very comfortable with them it’s a nice Hospitality.

We loved everything about the accommodation. Wonderful view and scenery, slightly secluded and spacious location, pleasant atmosphere, friendly owner, cow's bells ringing and birds chirping in the morning... we dind't even mind the narrow road leading to the house because it was such an exciting drive each time. A perfect family getaway where you can find your peace of mind...
