The property was well equipped, we didn’t lack anything. The host was very friendly and made sure that everything was perfect for our stay. We even had a full fridge with everything we needed for breakfast, drinks, coffee, snacks. The villa is located in a quiet area which made our stay even more relaxing.

Clean, and quiet, as the villa is in a small village, not touristic. But we wanted precisely this: serenity and quiet. The streets are very narrow, but we managed to access it with a van (microbus) so with a regular car it would be no problem

I have just come back from a 4 night stay here at Adelda Villa with 4 of my friends and it was perfect for us all. The Villa is modern, spacious and clean and the hosts were lovely and accommodating as well. On arrival we spoke with Adriano and he gave us lots of recommendations for the area and they left us snacks, fruit and drinks in the fridge which was lovely :) If we needed any help or had any questions they were really helpful and kind and answered any messages promptly. The outside space is also great. It has a good size pool, sun loungers and even an outside bbq which was perfect for when we wanted to relax and sunbathe. The villa is located just outside of Kipseli town which was a beautiful but quiet area but also close to the sea so we had stunning sea views from the bedrooms and balconies. There is also a supermarket which is a 10 minute walk away which was really convenient for us. Adelda Villa just had everything we needed and more and I highly recommend staying here. Beautiful Villa in a fantastic location. The gardens are incredible and the outside dining options were brilliant. Really can't find any fault with the villa at all, really felt like a welcoming and looked after place. We met the owners and they were very friendly. Akis who met us at the airport showed us around and he was also very friendly and gave us some good suggestions of visits and restaurants etc. All in all a brilliant place and a very well looked after place. We had an absolutely perfect stay at Ilyessa Cottages and loved every moment of it. From the warm welcome we received from Ilyessa family to their exceptional hospitality throughout our stay, everything was wonderful. They went above and beyond by providing us with fantastic recommendations for activities, making dinner reservations at a charming restaurant, and ensuring we felt right at home. The accommodation itself was impeccably clean and boasted a lovely, authentic Greek appearance. The setup was ideal, offering privacy with our own terrace and garden, which we truly appreciated. From our bedroom, we enjoyed breathtaking views of the valley and sea. A special highlight was the delicious food prepared by the mother of the family, served at the bar kitchen by the swimming pool. Her culinary skills added a delightful touch to our experience, making our stay even more memorable. The bar kitchen atmosphere by the pool was lovely, creating a perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying our meals. We highly recommend staying at Ilyessa Cottages. Top-notch! The villa’s design was charming, with cozy rooms and a refreshing pool area. Just a short distance from the beach, it was in an ideal spot.

Our stay exceeded all expectations! The villa was impeccably clean, and the hosts were fantastic. Loved the private pool and how close it was to the beach. The outdoor space was perfect for BBQs and relaxation.

The villa is recently renovated. Well equipped and modern. Looking forward on booking it again next year.

Beautiful apt in an amazing peaceful location. Beds so comfortable. Everything you need here. The hosts are so lovely and they are there for any of your needs without being intrusive. . Viatzo Villas feels like a luxurious second home. I never had such a comfortable and beautiful place to stay with my family. I was travelling with 3 young adults and the house and the pool were perfect for us. Denia the host was so kind with all kinds of locale treats as a welcome gift. She was helpful with tips for trips but also with anything we needed. Since there were no guests on our leaving day she let us stay a whole extra day in the house to be comfortabel until our evening flight. Every day the cleaning lady came to make the villa spotless clean. The house has comfortable beds and showers and a nice fully equiped kitchen. I would definitly recommend Viatzo Villa to everybody who wants to feel like a god(dess) in Greece!

What a wonderful place to stay. The first thing that stood out was how incredibly clean and spacious it was. The garden feels like a resort in itself and we completely unwound here. The location is also perfect. The beach and supermarkets are just around the corner, and there are so many great dining options nearby. Highly recommended if you just want to relax and recharge.

We just spent at week at this beautiful villa, as a family of 4. The space is stunning and feels very homely, set behind high gates, we felt very safe there too. The upstairs bedroom feels like a little apartment in itself, with the rest of the villa spacious but cosy. The dining areas inside and outside are beautifully set, creating lovely memories for those evenings when not dining out. The outside shower is a great addition and came in useful when returning from the beaches near by. The pool is cleaned daily and a great depth and size for all to use. The location of the villa is also great, secluded enough to not be within the business of the holiday goers but still within walking distance to a local shop and beach. I would recommend a car hire to get to and from the local parade of shops, water park and closest town. The host Maris, is a really friendly and helpful guy. We felt very lucky to be one of the first families to make use of this villa and will definitely be returning here if/ when we next visit Greece.

The sea view from our terrace (Junior Suite), excellent breakfast and the warm and efficient staff that makes you feel special, starting with Vassili who welcomed us with a smile since the moment we arrived at the property. The hotel has a great vibe!
