The location was amazing and the standard of the apartment was of a high standard. The decor was lovely and there were some nice touches with the furniture and fittings. The air conditioning worked very well.

The villa is so well designed, each bedroom has an en suite bathroom fully equipped with toiletries & slippers, two rooms have walk in wardrobes, the beds are really comfortable…the living space is open and roomy with large couch and tv perfect for teenagers to relax. The kitchen is compact with everything you need. The pool area is a gem. With multiple sitting areas, bbq area & a shower. The pool itself is located above the sea…the vista is literally breathtaking. I had to pinch myself to make sure it was real…The little touches just add to the excellent location making the whole stay homely, special, warm and welcoming. Lukia and her husband were so helpful assisting us with anything we needed. We just loved it. Thank you.

The place looks even better in life than on pictures, the apartment is very spacious with a nice view and a very friendly owner that even spoke a perfect Italian with us. Would really recommend!

Studio Fetsi was a fantastic place to stay in the loveliest village in Ithaki. Kiki and Eri made us feel at home and shared the most wonderful local tips to make our stay in Kioni a memorable one! We luckily had the chance to meet them in Agios Nikitas in Lefkas before our time Ithaki and they were kind enough to invite us over for a hello and a chat :) As for Studio Fetsi, the interior and exterior are even more impressive than the photos and we would not hesitate to stay here again. The history and their love of the property is palpable. We highly recommend it for a cozy and authentic visit to one of the most beautiful spots in the Ionian islands!

Everything you could ever need, location was perfect, close to the village centre & a short walk ( or car ride) to the very quiet Polis beach. Lovely terrace for breakfast with a great view. So comfortable & well looked after by the lovely Tina

The location is perfect if you love breathtaking views. It’s a short 5 min walk to the very quaint village square where you will find various tavernas , pharmacy, Mimi mart store plus more

astonishing position, on the top of the island, surrounded by nature and silence. a very conforbatable house, clean and perfectly equipped. we never suffered the hot weather because of our position. swimming pool. and most of all such fantastic hosts, Aki and Zoe, we 've been immediately friends.

The location was fantastic the views are amazing. The hosts looked after us perfectly. They have great knowledge of the area. Just ask and they will help in anyway they can . We have travelled to Ithaca many times staying in places all over the island. This is the best in every way. We will return - Thank you Andreas and Maria.

It’s in a quiet hillside spot about 10 minutes drive outside of Fiscardo. Uninterrupted views over Ithaca. Sound of the goats bells chiming each morning and evening. Gated drive and ample parking not on a steep slope.
