Wonderful location and helpful staff. Not far from cenrre. Nice little pool.and confortable flat with sea view on the bay. Lift to 1 floor. Excellent breakfast.

The apartment is spotlessly clean, quiet, spacious with a good size balcony (we stayed in Afroditi apartment with a sea-view). The location is perfect, especially if you do not have a car. The noisy road can not be heard, but the way from the main road is not long and not steep. Just around the corner there is a great cafe Dentrakia, a small supermarket is also close by, and the center of Vathy with all the nice restaurants, bakeries, cafés and shops are in a 10-minute walk. A gorgeous beach called Dexa is just 12-minute by foot. Hristo, the owner is super friendly, helpful, guest-oriented and very kind, fast in replying, though speaks little English, but the translation apps can help. There was daily cleaning and a change of bed-linen after two days. The kitchen is properly equipped, you can cook, bake, there is a kettle and a toaster, too. In the fridge 2 big bottles of water, and couple of small butter and jams were waiting for us plus a pack of rusk, coffee capsules, tea-bags and sugar. The bathroom is not big, but also very clean, toiletries were provided, the water pressure was perfect and hot water was always available. The air-condition functioned very well, too. We highly recommend to book Iris Apartment which is in a traditional Ionian Ithacan house for your stay in Ithaca.

Perfect location - a short walk into the main area, but also a bit away from the crowds. waterfront also fantastic. Clean, the room layout is great, balcony with a view was wonderful. Staff friendly.

Beautiful location near the port, comfortable beds and living areas. The owner and his mom were so helpful and responsive. They let us check in early which helped immensely. They also left so many yummy treats for us. Thank you so much.

Amazing location even though up a steep driveway. Beautiful building and pool with friendly helpful hosts. Our room was perfect and we were able to have a shower with a great view over the mountains!

The location is perfect for exploring Ithaka, very close to Vathi and the main road yet away from the noise. It is overlooking a beatiful small beach and the view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. You won't get tired of it. There is everything you may need for a comfortable stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and cleaned every day. There is enough parking space in the yard. There are even some sunbeds on the beach for the guests of Forkis. We really wished we could stay longer.
