We had a great stay here. Spiros And his son, nikos were super friendly, helpful and communicative. Spiros was nice to pick us up from the ferry port in igoumenitsa! The apartment had everything we needed and had a beautiful balcony that overlooked the water. The location was great, right across from the beach and restaurants and stores right there.

The host was very helpful, always going out of her way to make me as comfortable as I could possibly be. Super friendly and generous and always making sure her costumers are happy with their stay. Also, the location is just outside the main road, so it’s very close walking distance to the strip but not too close that you can’t sleep from the partying noise.

Excellent location, very close to two of the really nice beaches in the area, walking distance to the city center /you'll need a light in some areas of the road though/. It is very clean, comfortable, with nice seating area both on the balcony and inside, small kitchenette with coffee machine, fridge and the basics needed for a drink or quick salad/sandwich. It is cleaned every day, the location is quite and away from the hustle, the bed is very comfortable,our balcony was overlooking the pool.

After a hectic trip to Italy and a pet emergency, we were able to simply chill in this peace of heaven. The owners were kind enough to wait for us a bit later than we expected to arrive. We booked the Aiora Suite, and we had plenty of room. A huge king size (maybe even larger) bed and the open space living and kitchen area with 2 twin beds and a pullout couch. There is plenty of storage room in the closets and in the kitchen. The refrigerator might seem small, but it fits plenty of things in it. Daily cleaning was ensured. The view is absolutely fantastic: you can see and hear the sea from the terrace. There's only the yard and a small road between you and the beach. There are 2 beaches right at your feet: the one at the beach bar and there's another one near the parking area, if you follow a small path road in the woods (last image). We enjoyed paddleboarding and snorkeling on both beaches. At the end of the road, there's a huge beach which seems to have some water sports activities. The beachbar is great if you don't want to drive to Syvota, Perdika or Parga. We had good food and great coffee. The staff was awesome and I regret not catching their names. We definitely plan on returning.
