Beach Hotels in Lithakia

Another year in paradise! It was our third year at Porto Koukla Beach Hotel and we absolutely loved it! Everyone there is extremely friendly and takes care of the guests. We really enjoyed Greek food and the variety of meals was great! Definitely coming back to those views 🥰

what a treat- what an amazing concept and execution- the staff is the only thing that tops the location- unbelievable people that does everything from the heart. the food was amazing, everything from their farm or locally sourced- fresh every day and you can taste it, and feel it after a week of being treated! thank you for creating this amazing place for all to enjoy!!!

From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the quiet elegance of this place. The hosts welcomed us with genuine warmth, yet always with a graceful discretion, present exactly when needed and otherwise allowing us the space to simply breathe and unwind. There is a rare, almost therapeutic stillness here, the kind that settles into you slowly and stays with you long after you've left. A stay that felt less like a visit and more like a quiet retreat for the soul. We left rested, grateful, and already looking forward to returning

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Zante with a group of 8 friends. The villa was modern throughout, with a really stylish interior and exterior that made it feel luxurious and comfortable from the moment we arrived. It was perfect for a larger group, with plenty of bathrooms and showers so nobody was waiting around to get ready. The outdoor area was definitely one of the highlights as the pool was fantastic, there were enough sunbeds for everyone to relax comfortably, and the BBQ area made for some great evenings together. There was also enough space to fit 2 cars easily, which made getting around the island very convenient. Overall, the villa had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Zante with friends or family.

Everything! Astonishing villa that doesn’t miss out on anything.

Very nice place at olive garden, very friendly host Ada. Extremely positive person having great local knowledge . Over stay was excellent . Hi recommend to nature lovers.

Wonderful, warm and honest host, awesome villa. We've been greeted with some local snacks. Host prepared for us a list of places worth to visit - very helpful. Host's son does private boat trips, so it was very easy to schedule trip with trusted captain :) Location is very good, there is cafe and market next to villa. There are several good restaurants in range of 10-15 minute walk. Perfect place, if you want to be further away from parties (Laganas), but still have market, restaurant and beaches near you :)

A beautiful villa with a tranquil private pool in a pretty garden which has the shade of olive trees. Friendly and welcoming owner, the villa itself is very clean and has everything you need. Walking distance to a shop, cafe and local tavernas.

-The place to be- Perfect location, private, super clean big swimming pool, incredible friendly host, all comfort included. This is the place you want to be for a relaxed 5* feeling holiday.

The Villas are excellent close to the turtle beaches as well as close to the boat services. The villas are good for families or friends. The pools are private for villas as well as you could use a barbecue. It is well equipped.

The house is located in a very convenient location, with beautiful views. The house was amazingly clean, had a good atmosphere and was equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners were very nice and attentive people.

The two bed house was just perfect for our little group of 3. The views are truly stunning and the pool facilities were always clean and nice to use.

Amazing view and location! The host was very helpful and friendly, he gave us a list of restaurants and attractions he recommends. The place was very clean and we had everything we needed for a whole week!

The photos are a very accurate portrayal of the apartment which was very clean and comfortable with large terrace. The host Thanos was very quick with communication and very kind and helpful. The view is incredible and the access to the neighboring hotel facilities was quite good, sea access just a few minutes walk. Some aspects of hotel could be updated, but that is not the hosts issue as the apartment is separate from hotel. We had a wonderful time here and highly recommend. Also close to restaurants and small but good grocery.

We had a perfect week at Vafias Villa. The accommodation is so beautiful and the location is perfect!! Short walk down to the beach and some delicious local restaurants, but far enough away that it is secluded and private. Anna was so helpful, left us fresh eggs and vegetables, and local olive oil, and was always on hand for any questions we had, The owners also went above and beyond and installed a handrail for us! We would recommend this villa to anyone, we had the best time and would love to come back again. Thank you

Great location, near local shop and restaurants, beach etc. The polite and friendly staff, lovely swimming pool areas
