The photos are a very accurate portrayal of the apartment which was very clean and comfortable with large terrace. The host Thanos was very quick with communication and very kind and helpful. The view is incredible and the access to the neighboring hotel facilities was quite good, sea access just a few minutes walk. Some aspects of hotel could be updated, but that is not the hosts issue as the apartment is separate from hotel. We had a wonderful time here and highly recommend. Also close to restaurants and small but good grocery.

My husband and I (mid 30s) had a brilliant stay at Villa Pythari. The apartment was very spacious and clean with everything we needed and more. Nikos was very welcoming and helped us organise quadbike hire and speedboat hire for a very reasonable price. I would 100% recommend hiring a boat to tour round the island and a quadbike to go further a field. We ate in the restaurant which was lovely and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Everyone was happy to give advice for where to visit and restaurant/bar options. The pool area was lovely and clean with lots of sunbeds available. The atmosphere was brilliant. I would definitely stay again if I was coming to the island and couldn't recommend more for anyone thinking of booking.

Location, facilities, cleanliness… everything!

Very nice family hosting the hotel with good service and always with a smile. Nice to have access to the fruit and vegetables from the garden as well as the homemade olive oil and olives. Nice terrace for everyone to use where you can have a drink in the evening watching the sun set over the ocean. Supermarket nearby for buying breakfast, snacks and drinks. Also close to the beach but at the same time far enough from the nightlife of Laganas not be disturbed at night. Perfect!

Lovely rural location in the olive groves, next to the farm. Short walk to some restaurants, or a drive to the leeda's village complex. Rustic feel but all we needed, loved chilling by the pool in the hammock. Various wildlife such as donkeys and peacocks 😂

Aggelika Apartments is one of the best places we've ever stayed! The villa is located right by the sea, in a quiet area of Agios Sostis, near the port and Cameo Island, just a 10-minute walk from Laganas. Personally, I found the location much better than Laganas, where I stayed 10 years ago—it’s still crowded, noisy, and rather dirty. We had a spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment with two rooms, a kitchen, and a large balcony overlooking the sea. It’s pure joy to watch the sunrise in Zakynthos right from your bed. There are a few terraces in the area (Sabia is right next to the villa) and good restaurants. We especially loved Sclobou's Tavern, with exceptional food and very friendly, welcoming people! All praise to the villa’s owners, especially Nicholas! He was always kind and helpful, assisting us not only with transportation from the airport to the villa but also offering great advice about local restaurants, shops, and car rental options. Bravo, Nicholas and Aggelika Apartments! We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful property, lovely pool. Lots of outdoor relaxing areas, some in shade when too hot. Well equipped kitchen.

The accommodation is fantastic! We have been to many places in the world, but this was one of the most beautiful. Renting a car is definitely necessary, otherwise it is difficult to get around. Christine, the host, is friendly and kind. There was food and drink waiting for us in the fridge, and he gave us a gift when we left. Important!: it is worth booking on the hotel's website, because the price is significantly better, and the booking was incorrect with us during the booking, which was very annoying.

The Villa is amazing. It is so well equipped. Absolutely spotless. The pool area is very relaxing and private. The Villa is very close to restaurants and shops and the beach with lovely warm water. It was a fabulous holiday.

The most incredible views from the terrace! Was a great location, right in the middle of a small town. We went to the restaurant below the apartment for dinner one night and it was the best meal we had in Zakynthos. The owner worked downstairs in the mini mart and was so nice and kind!

Our stay at the villa was absolutely perfect! The villa is beautiful, tastefully designed, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The kids loved the pool,, and the location couldn’t be better. The host is a truly amazing woman – warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. She made sure we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. We couldn’t have asked for more – highly highly highly recommended! We will be back!

Irida's family is a very kind and helpful family. We were very satisfied with the apartment. All rooms have air conditioning, and everything is just as described in the pictures. Thank you Irida for the hospitality, the free cake and the grapes. It was very delicious! I recommend this apartment to anyone who comes to the island of Zakynthos.
