Self Catering Accommodation in Lithakia

Amazing view and location! The host was very helpful and friendly, he gave us a list of restaurants and attractions he recommends. The place was very clean and we had everything we needed for a whole week!

The photos are a very accurate portrayal of the apartment which was very clean and comfortable with large terrace. The host Thanos was very quick with communication and very kind and helpful. The view is incredible and the access to the neighboring hotel facilities was quite good, sea access just a few minutes walk. Some aspects of hotel could be updated, but that is not the hosts issue as the apartment is separate from hotel. We had a wonderful time here and highly recommend. Also close to restaurants and small but good grocery.

Everything about the place is magical. The staff and hosts are brilliant. There was never too much they wouldn't do. Having the odd drink with the host and the shots we'll thats another story. But sum up in one word brilliant.

We stayed in the amazing Suite 1 (S1) with an 180 degree panoramic view of the Ionian Sea, sunset and sunrise. Absolutely fabulous. The restaurant was fantastic, and the hotel tucked away from the hustle and bustle of busy Zante town. A fabulous location, facilities and a super friendly and accommodating staff. We could not fault it and enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Location, clean, greek style, very nice people, just by the seaside, parking.

Everything was perfect. Clean, quiet, and spacious rooms. Very friendly host, shop nearby with a variety of items.

It's a beautiful property, very spacious interior, spotless clean with a large amazing front yard and pool, surrounded by olive trees. It's really well maintained and we were provided with generous amenities. We would absolutely recommend this property and come back again in the future!

Excellent Villa and Hosts amazing, would definitely recommend.

Maria is a wonderful host. The apartment has everything you might need for a longer stay - air conditioner, washing machine, mosquito nets, patio with terrace. Good location, bigger cities, sandy beaches.

Excellent hospitality and super clean atmosphere. I am very, very happy with everything.

The villa was brand new and fully equipped. We had everything we could possibly need to make our stay comfortable. The pool was great and the villa was nicely decorated and super clean. Our host Fay was exceptional. Very friendly and well informed as she was a local, gave us great tips about trips and where to go / what to do around the island.

We had a perfect week at Vafias Villa. The accommodation is so beautiful and the location is perfect!! Short walk down to the beach and some delicious local restaurants, but far enough away that it is secluded and private. Anna was so helpful, left us fresh eggs and vegetables, and local olive oil, and was always on hand for any questions we had, The owners also went above and beyond and installed a handrail for us! We would recommend this villa to anyone, we had the best time and would love to come back again. Thank you

Very nice house, with good favilities and plenty of space. It has a very nice view. The are is quiet, perfect for families with kids The hosts are very nice and even made us a traditional cookie (Frigania). Everything was clean and nice.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place! The location is absolutely mesmerizing—peaceful, surrounded by fields, and perfect if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway. Throughout the day, you can hear the gentle song of the cicadas, which adds to the relaxing atmosphere and makes you feel truly immersed in nature. The entire property was exceptionally clean and meticulously maintained. The house, the pool, and all the outdoor areas were cleaned every day, so everything always felt fresh and well cared for. A special mention goes to Juna, the cleaning lady, who was incredibly friendly, kind, and did a fantastic job keeping everything in perfect condition. The staff were all very welcoming and made us feel right at home. A lovely bonus is the farm right next to the property, which you can visit and adds a unique touch to the experience. Overall, it’s a beautiful, tranquil place where you can truly unwind. We would definitely stay here again!
