Good location a block from the beach promenade. Extremely nice owner couple who helped with parking (to a very tiny parking place). Used their (quite old) bicycles for touring the city. Great place and great couple!

Everything in this property is perfect! The location, the fully renovated apartment, brand new kitchen and bathrooms, very comfortable beds and right in the centre of Senegallia. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to be. The owner was very friendly and met us at the property with the keys and a welcoming gift of wine.

Lovely hotel close to the beach We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is great, just a short walk from the beach. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with lovely views. Housekeeping did a great job, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside is the railway line running right next to the hotel. Passing trains can be quite noisy, especially at night, so this might be an issue for light sleepers. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel!

This was one of the best B & B's that we have stayed at. The room size was large enough for a family and we were able to reorganize the beds to accommodate co-sleeping with our children. The small playground in the yard was a god-send for our children and enabled us to rest after travel without worrying about what our kids would get into. The air conditioning starts off seemingly weak, but does cool the room which is so nice to retreat to after a long hot day. The wifi was decent. The couple that ran the B&B were so friendly and accommodating for our family. It was actually a perfect location - close enough to the beach, major highways, and other towns with attractions. It's a 3 minute walk to a shopping mall! Despite that, it was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was amazing. Fresh, homemade pastries, pancakes with nutella and syrup for the kids, fresh fruit, cold cuts and cheese, scrambled eggs and bacon, etc. There were many things that were thoughtfully provided - a small wash tub for washing baithing suits, a communal fridge, a space outside to hang things to dry, etc. They even have an agreement with the Hotel Sole near Marrota to rent a beach Umbrella and 2 beach chairs for a reasonable fee. We are already planning to go back!

Patrizia and Luca are fantastic hosts. They made us feel like home in just seconds. We started exchanging messages days before arrival to ensure that they meet all our expectations already on arrival. We were expected with lots of welcome gifts and felt like family members all the way through our stay. The location is remote that we were looking for, surrounded with a farm with house animals. The house where they have 2 apartments for rent is newly built, spotless clean and super well equipped. The beds are really comfortable and the entire apartment is well thought through. There is a covered sitting area in front of the entrance. We enjoyed every moment we spent there.
