The bed is a haven of comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a tiring day. One of the highlights of my stay was the sumptuous breakfast, which gave me the energy to kickstart my day. The hotel's location was the cherry on top. I recommend this establishment to anyone looking for an extraordinary hotel experience.

Mi è piaciuto molto la camera e la piscina, aveva tutto quello che serviva in cucina, bagno e per dormire. Adoravo l'aspetto favoloso delle rondine che vivono li in giro e non danno fastidio a nessuno ma aggiungono un valore speciale e unica al posto.

Everything was perfect amazing place

Breakfast was great, nice to have the bicycles. The room was super. I enjoyed the balcony and drying rack.

The location is fantastic, the rooms have everything you need, the breakfast is italian style, sweet tarts, fruits and coffee. The staff was very nice and helpfull.

The apartment is exactly as depicted in the photographs. The room is well-equipped and thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis. Located directly by the sea, the property offers easy access to a sandy beach and a promenade ideal for long walks. Follonica provides an authentic Italian experience, as it is not heavily frequented by foreign tourists. Its proximity to numerous sightseeing destinations across Tuscany, as well as to beautiful beaches toward Punta Ala, makes it an excellent choice for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Finding a parking spot near the apartment can be challenging; however, there are several spaces reserved exclusively for guests directly in front of the building.

We had a great stay in this spacious and well-ventilated bungalow. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals, which made our stay very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing all the necessary information upon arrival. The pool area was a highlight—perfect for families with children. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and we would definitely recommend it for a relaxing family vacation.

Location is fantastic, with a beautiful terrace right on the beachfront. The house is fully renovated with top notch, high quality furnitures. The flat is super functional and fully new.
