I cannot say enough positive things about Popula. Everything about my stay was outstanding. The rooms are stylish, immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable. The location cannot be beat, in the heart of the city with access to everything. Don't miss their beach club for sunset and dinner. They take you over in a shuttle and the food was delicious. Cafe for breakfast downstairs is also great for a bite to eat all day and evening. Most importantly, the staff is beyond kind and helpful. They are so professional and patiently answered all of my questions and ensured I had a great great stay. I can't recommend highly enough and will certainly return.

The breakfast was great. There was a large selection of what to eat. What you did not eat for breakfast you could take in a bag which was provided to eat later. The breakfast area was on the roof top which was lovely. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

This place was recommended by a friend and it was worth the hype. The only thing that kept my rating from being a 10 out of 10 was that the hot tub and exercise room we're closed for the season, although they had opened them for my friend who had stayed there a couple of weeks before me. Soraya looked after us and was so very friendly and professional at all times. She knew that we had been robbed in Napoli the day before and that we had had to spend lots of time in a police station before arriving to the facilities. She immediately prepared a lovely aperitivo for us and had it waiting for our arrival.
