Incredible located, clean, spacious and amenities full homestay. Host Simona was amazing. I, simply, have no words to express how good my 6 nights stay was. I'd highly recommend this homestay.

Very nice host. Run by the owner family friendly and nice. Nice place with a great pool and beautiful garden. Breakfast was very good with nice products. You can also have a delicious Dinner Thursday till Saturday. Need a car. Beds very comfortable…

The apartment is close to Loreto, which is a beautiful city. We used the bikes that were available. The pool was very nice!

The bathroom felt like something out of a boutique spa, immaculately clean with high-end finishes and thoughtful touches like luxury toiletries and soft, fluffy towels. What truly sets this place apart are the little details—fresh flowers upon arrival, a welcome basket of local goodies, and handwritten recommendations for restaurants and hidden spots around town. These personal touches made the experience unforgettable and created a genuine sense of care and warmth. The location was ideal, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood yet just a short stroll from the beach, charming cafes, and local shops. I especially loved sipping espresso on the balcony in the morning and watching the town come to life. Every moment spent here was a joy. It’s rare to find a property that combines aesthetic beauty, complete comfort, and impeccable hospitality so seamlessly. I wouldn’t hesitate to return—and I’m already dreaming about my next stay! It nice and clean and comfortable

Amazing stay – highly recommended! We stayed here with our family and absolutely loved it. The room was perfect – simple, clean, and had everything we needed. The view? Just breathtaking. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk from the beach, which was beautiful and clean. The pool was also fantastic – crystal clear and perfect for relaxing under the sun. What made it even better was the host, Gabriele – incredibly helpful and kind. He even helped us get to the hotel from the station, which made everything so much easier. If you’re thinking about booking – don’t hesitate. Just do it. It’s the perfect place for a peaceful holiday. 100% recommended!

Wonderful unique vacation! The reality exceeded all expectations. And it's better than the photos. This is a big beautiful home with a soul of its own! The owners are very hospitable and pleasant, they made our vacation unforgettable. Very clean, cozy, lovely living room, spacious bedrooms, new bathrooms, comfortable beds. There are air conditioners in each bedroom, kitchen, and in the living room 2 at once. So you will not be hot! The house is in a private gated community of several streets with a swimming pool (very well maintained), volleyball court, tennis court, its own underground access to the beach in 3 minutes. The house has everything you need and we had numerous water accessories, mattresses, balls, bicycles which the kids enjoyed riding in the evenings around the gated part of the village. The grounds are neat and tidy, the dining area and barbecue are perfect for your evening. The area itself is very peaceful and quiet, the spacious beach is sparsely populated with only local villagers relaxing. There are cafes and restaurants nearby where the food is quite good. All in all, I can say that we were very lucky to be in this particular location. There could not have been a better vacation.

the entire staff was very convivial and cordial always available, the bar/restaurant by the swimming pool was top-notch. and the private entrance directly from the village to the beach was something I so appreciated. the apartment has everything in it.

Apartment was very nice, whole residence area is beautiful. Family friendly, not far from the beach. Staff was very helpful and always available. All amenities you need are close more or less by foot. Porto Recanati is a lovely nearby town, couple of minutes drive or about 30 minutes by foot.

I liked the camping vibe and the beach, and the bungalow was cute and quite comfortable. Overall, the stay was good. The hotel staff were nice and helpful, and there are some good restaurants nearby.
