The apartment was clean and super comfortable. It had 2 bathrooms which was very convenient. It also had all necessary facilities except WiFi (and it is stated on the page). The nearest beach was 8-10min walk and there we had a pair of sunbeds included in the reservation. The beach in Grottammare was clean, sandy and shallow.

Everything was perfect although I did struggle with Italian. Most people on my trip don’t speak English unless I’m in a really touristy area, which is understandable. This was an absolutely beautiful room, I was very impressed and recommend it to anyone. Host Cristina was lovely and as helpful as possible. A bus will take you to the centre. I recommend this property.

Location was perfect. Very close to train station and centre. Breakfast is in a cafe near by. 1 drink +1 pastry only but there is a shared kitchen in the house with other guests, coffee machine and fridge if you like to have your own. Supermarket, cafe is less than a minute walk. Stanislao and his family is lovely and he is always available to help. Very nice and clean place. I'd def stay there again.

The biggest attraction of the campsite is the short distance to the beach. The entire staff was very nice and helpful. Mobile houses clean, well equipped, sunbeds and umbrellas included in the price (before the season). I highly recommend this place to families.
