Hosts Rosy and Maria were amazing! Excelent location, very clean acomodation with gorgeus view and a beach below. Barbecue, private parking. Three stops by train from Palermo. Definitely coming back!!

Great breakfast every morning with a lot of options. My wife has Celiac so has to be Gluten Free and they had a plate for her with different things every day, she was so happy! Cleaning service daily made everything feel neat in the rooms, staff was very pleasant and inviting. We stayed in the suite so my wife and I had a separate room from my two kids (9 and 11) so that worked out really well. There is a brand new park right outside which was an awesome perk to have the kids let out some energy while we got to look out and the beautiful mountains and sea. An absolutely beautiful scene right outside the hotel with a nice boardwalk to enjoy it.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Fabio was a wonderful host and always answered to our questions quickly, even before arriving. Santa Flavia is a beautiful small town, less touristy than nearby towns, perfect for a few days to relax, but also well connected to Palermo or Cefalù by train. The property is located near a Caletta which you can go for a good swim and there is also two other beaches nearby. The room was very clean and fresh and the common spaces were really nice too (there is a kitchen with a dining area and also a wonderful terrace with an amazing view). Breakfast is freshly made by Fabio and hosted in the terrace with a sea view. We had a really nice time and a perfect start of our long awaited holiday :)
