Παραλιακά ξενοδοχεία σε Ulcinj

Τίποτα απολύτως

First of all, we would like to thank the staff, who were very kind, polite and helpful. We had also asked for a baby cot for our two-year-old son, and a clean and well-prepared cot was provided, which we appreciated. However, our rating is based on some specific issues. The room we received did not correspond to the photos and description online. When booking, it appeared to be offered at a discount, from approximately €177 to around €120 (breakfast included), and we understood that this was a discounted price for one of the rooms shown in the photos. Unfortunately, the room was completely different: it had no view, no proper window, and only two very small high windows, apparently for ventilation. It felt dark and closed, and not comparable to the impression given online. There were also some practical problems. In the bathroom, there were no hooks or hangers for towels. The fridge light was on, so we assumed it was working, especially as we were travelling with a small child and needed to keep some items cold. However, by the morning it was clear that the fridge was not working, and we had to throw some things away. In addition, the air freshener in the room was extremely strong and made it very difficult for me to sleep. I would also like to mention one safety issue. In the morning, the stairs had just been cleaned and were still wet. They are already quite slippery, and I almost fell, but fortunately managed to hold on to the wall. A clear warning would be important, or this should be avoided at times when guests are moving around. The hotel itself is beautiful, with lovely views, a nice pool and tasteful decoration, and the staff were genuinely kind. For this reason, it is a pity that this specific room is rented at this price without being clearly described. In our opinion, guests should be informed in advance that the room has no view, no proper window and very limited natural light, so they can decide accordingly.
