Large apartment with everything you could need. The host is lovely and nothing is a problem. Ideal for our group of 5. We took the 71 or 73 bus to Valletta to eat out. Otherwise local grocery store if you want to eat in.

It is located in a residential area so we were able to get a good night sleep. Getting in is easy, the place is well equipped with everything you need. Cozy and clean.

The apartment is very spacious and located in a modern building. The area is quiet and feels very safe – even several Uber drivers mentioned that it’s mainly a residential neighborhood with few tourists, which we really appreciated. There are bus stops nearby with connections to all parts of the island, and Valletta is only about a 20-minute walk away. A small grocery store is just a 4-minute walk from the accommodation, which was very convenient. The apartment itself was clean, and unlike what we heard is common in Malta, we had absolutely no issues with cockroaches. Overall, the value for money is excellent – definitely a 10/10. If we return to Malta, we would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was great, the host was nice and helpful, we had everything we needed. The apartment is spacious, great views from both terraces.

If you're traveling as a group of friends, book this! We stayed for four days and were actually surprised by how huge the apartment is; plenty of room in the main living area and a proper dining table so we weren't all squeezed in for dinner. Even the bedrooms felt spacious, which is rare for rentals, and there are three bathrooms, two en suite. The best part was definitely the two terraces. Both have these amazing views (one out to the sea, another toward Valletta old town). We ended up spending every morning out on the huge one, with coffee, just taking it all in. Super practical too. The kitchen is fully kitted out and there is also a washer and dryer. There is a small grocery store just down the street, so it’s easy to stock up. The neighborhood felt really safe and quiet at night, but it was still super easy to hop on a bus or grab a Bolt into the city, and with transport prices being so modest, even to Sliema. Definitely recommend it and would 100% stay again.

Locations of as really amazing easy to get to all areas of the island and near some nice cafes. Shower was really nice, all facilities where great and loved the terrace area

Lovely room with great Aircon, 3 beds, only used two and storage as well with a big window. Nicely decorated Shared spaces with kitchen, fridge and freezer too, and bathroom just along the corridor

I liked everything, it's clean, there is an air conditioner, iron and fresh towels. The bathroom is clean, separate for each room. It's not far from the bus stop from which you can get anywhere on the island

Amazing staff, the most polite people and good service

Key collection was clear, everything was clean and the location is excellent. I found plentiful bus routes within walking distance to take you anywhere on the island, and it is walkable to Valletta if you want (I did every single day!)

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean and spacious, with a large private terrace that was perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped, and having a washer and dryer was a big plus. The staff was friendly and easy to contact, and the check-in process was clearly explained. Overall, a great place to stay — highly recommended!

This place completely exceeded expectations. Staying in a genuine heritage building in Bormla gave us that authentic Maltese living experience you just can't get in a hotel — real stone wall entrance, real history, real Maltese neighbours saying good morning on the street. The apartment itself was surprisingly spacious. We were informed that the apartment’s footprint was recently expanded. It has a proper separate bedroom, so we actually had room to breathe. The open terrace with its panoramic port views became our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening wine, watching the ships come and go. We were a five minute walk from the ferry to Valletta, which made sightseeing effortless, plus cafés, restaurants, and the promenade were all right around the corner. The host was brilliant too, replying within minutes to every message with genuinely personal recommendations. A real deal.

The staff make casa birmula, they are so friendly and attentive, they make you feel like an old friend whilst still being professional , the hotel is spotless and it’s an easy ferry ride to Valletta
