The entire staff was friendly and helpful, always greeted us with a smile during our 10 day stay. The owner Silvana was an amazing hostess, quick.to.offer tips for dining out, day trips. Etc. She organized our transportation and a tour of the Juan Venado Nature Preserve. The entire venue was always spotless, the room was just right and comfortable and a good price for the room, food and drinks. We enjoyed the quiet relaxing atmosphere and gazing at the ocean every day.

A quiet location where you can hear the surf at night. Perfect pool, lots of shade, excellent food! We loved our two-story room with an ocean view terrace. Plenty of hot water in the bath and good AC. Easy access to the beach! The owners have two dogs and four cats. None of them will approach you. They are super relaxed.

Loved my stay here, such a gem! Everything is new and clean, big kitchen and outdoor social area plus really lovely staff/owners that will go out of their way to help you have the best experience while visiting Las Penitas. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in Nicaragua. The property is absolutely beautiful, with a private and intimate atmosphere that makes you feel instantly relaxed. The staff was truly exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. The food was a solid 10/10, and the combination of the pool and the beach being just steps apart made the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back.
