The host, Armanda, went way beyond all expectations to help us and make us comfortable. We were on the Camino, and my wife had a fall. The room was just brilliant, 5+ star level. Breakfast was generous and exceptional standard. Her home is too beautiful to behold very modern and so impressive.

The host was amazing. We arrived earlier than we said and even though he was dealing with a difficult situation because of the power outage he came and sorted us out.

Host was very easy to communicate with and it was always ready to answer any questions. This is a perfect place to stay with family. Location is perfect. Everything is there at the apartment. The apartment is also spacious and you even have a bit of a ocean view.

Very clean appartment only a few meters from the ocean. Especially the kitchen was very clean which I don‘t see often when renting appartments..

Close to all the lovely restaurants, bars ,shops and of course only 30M from the sea. What more could you ask for.

The Caravelle is the perfect place for a weekend getaway or a vacation by the sea. Just a short drive from Porto it is easily reached and still very relaxing, far from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The apartment/house is located right by the beach in a small fisher town. The fishers have their boats close to the house, making the experience even more authentic. The decorations in the house showed that real effort was put in to make it feel cosy and inviting, yet still sticking with the traditional heritage of the place.

small, comfortable stay, had everything you need for one night sleep, best booking for pilgrims around the area, would definitely repeat my stay.

We had a fantastic stay in Apulia! Kelly and her father were brilliant hosts and even recommended some restaurants and a local taxi driver. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and stayed in touch with us to make sure we had everything we needed. It is a great apartment in a lovely area, opposite the beach and near lots of fantastic restaurants. The roof terrace is gorgeous and two balconies are on opposite sides of the apartment so one is always sunny. The apartment itself feels very spacious. We also used the pool which was always empty. Be sure to eat at Restaraunte Camelo and 1000Fronteiras if you stay in Apúlia, lots of the local places were brilliant but these were our favourite! We would definitely return to stay here again and would recommend!

Fantastic apartment with great facilities, everyone was very friendly. There is a good bakery and nice restaurants in easy walking distance.

We - family of 5 from the UK - had the most wonderful holiday at Casa do Sol - it couldn't have been better. On arrival, Maria was so welcoming. The villa itself is ideally situated; quiet, but with very easy access to the restaurants by the sea front, or a short walk into Apulia. It's also a very reasonable car journey from the airport, Porto and Braga. It had everything - super-clean as well. The outdoor pool was so good for the week as well - the outdoor space was magic. In summary, we couldn't fault it - I'd very highly recommend Casa do Sol.

Very comfortable bungalow in a fantastic location, short walk to the fabulous beach. Great to have use of the lovely hotel swimming pool as well as the billiards room. The bungalow is well equipped, including dishwasher and beach equipment, and the space well arranged - plenty of space for our family of 4. excellent wifi. The balcony is great. Communication with Nuno was pro active and very informative. Lots of restaurants and some convenience shops within walking distance, larger supermarkets and fresh food (fish, bread, veggies etc) markets a short drive. Beds are comfy, shower is great. We had a fabulous week.
