I had a wonderful stay at the Bamboo Lodge. The room was clean and safe. It gave me a real sense of home—comfortable and cozy. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from a large supermarket and the beach, which made everything so convenient. Christelle truly made the experience special. She went above and beyond to make me feel at home, providing plenty of useful information and showing genuine care for my plans and safety. Her warm personality and the stories she shared added a personal touch that made my stay unforgettable. Therese also made nice breakfast and provide all kinds of help if you need anything. Highly recommend!

The architecture, the garden, the staff and the pool area (we had it to ourselves!) were amazing. Toto and his staff were brilliant and attentive, and this hotel is a lovely oasis of calm from the busy streets of the local area. I wouldn’t hesitate in coming back. We also found a lovely bar about 15 mins walk away (it had no name) and we used it as a break away from the hotel (not that you need to) at about 5pm until the sun set ❤️ Everything about Hotel Otsunami was amazing. Oh, and the food was great!!!!

The location was great, right across from the beach. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. I liked the spiral staircase in the lobby. It was quiet.

The bungalow is located on the ocean shore, so high humidity is felt. Spacious terrace with furniture, nice to watch the port, ships, ocean. The beach is clean. There are always people walking along the beach, so it is not very private. The hotel has security, the staff are kind, helpful, speak English. Breakfast is modest, but good, costs extra, restaurant and bar are open. There was always hot water in the shower. The room is simple, tidy, the bathroom is clean. Beautiful hotel grounds. It is not dangerous outside the hotel.
