Staying at Grande Centre Point Space Pattaya was like living in a dream! It is hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The 'Space' theme is incredible; the room design makes you feel like you are literally on a spaceship. The breakfast was outstanding, with a huge variety of delicious options—I was confused every morning because everything tasted so good! The water park is world-class, and the Onsen was a heavenly experience for relaxation. The location is perfect, right next to Terminal 21 mall (1-minute walk). The staff were extremely respectful and helpful. This isn't just a hotel; it’s a destination itself!

We were very pleasantly surprised by the positive attitude toward a gluten-free diet, not only at breakfast but also in the rooftop restaurant (special thanks to the intern Freya). The breakfasts were very good and varied. Excellent location with direct access to Terminal 21. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom was equipped with a very practical smart toilet — just add an AI assistant and you'd want to stay there even longer 😉. We would definitely choose the same hotel again for our next stay.

We had an amazing stay at Arden Hotel! We especially want to highlight the exceptional work of the reception staff, Nueng and Focus. Thanks to their professionalism and attentive service, our request to change rooms was resolved within minutes. The noise from the road was bothering us, and upon our request, we were promptly moved to a room with a better view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The service was outstanding, with staff always ready to assist and go above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable.
